How do I return or exchange something?

Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact lenses and solutions must be returned in original condition please ensure your contact lens boxes are unopened, unmarked, undamaged.  We are unable to take responsibility for lost or damaged packages. 

Please follow the steps below to return or exchange your purchase:

  1. Email Get Contact Lenses Online to organise your return.
  2. Return items in their original package or a sturdy box to:

  3. Please allow 2 weeks for your store credit, refund or exchange to be processed

Please insure all contacts are in either the original packaging or a study and well packaged box. (we are unable to take responsibily for damaged packages)
